IPlum Return Policy?
iPlum plans are prepaid non-refundable. Users may cancel or downgrade their account at any time, and the cancellation or downgrade will take effect at the end of the billing cycle. There are no refunds or credits for partial months or years. All plans are setup to renew automatically until the user cancels the recurring billing, or the account is terminated.
Users must cancel their account before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the next month's or year's fees. There are no refunds for one-time or recurring charges. This includes usage credits, feature plans, port fees, etc.
If an account has been blocked or cancelled due to porting issues, the user can keep using the new iPlum number assigned during the port process. There are no refunds in this case.
For porting out, there is a mandatory one-time port out fee which gets paid to the underlying carrier. The future billing would stop after the number has been ported out completely. There are no partial refunds for the remaining period.
There are no refunds for carrier TCR registrations or cancellations due to not completing TCR registrations or inability to do TCR registrations.
Any changes in telecommunications networks, which may guide certain changes from time to time, will not be a reason for refunds.
If a user wishes to cancel their account or change their plan, they may do so via the mode they purchased their plan: iPlum portal, Apple App Store, or Google Play. Please note that no refund will be issued for the most recently (or any previously) charged monthly or one-time fees. These include usage credits, monthly/annual subscription plans, feature plans, port fees, etc.
In summary, iPlum's return policy is strictly non-refundable. Users are advised to carefully consider their purchase and subscription decisions.
